Unpaid hospital bill when using the correct hospital!

So i am on keycare plus and I had an emergency on the 24/03/2019 where I got badly cut and required stitches, I then rushed to a KEYCARE hospital, garden city clinic and had the stitches put in there. The hospital then sent the claim to my medical aid and they rejected the claim. I phoned In and was told that the correct codes were used and they were supposed to pay the full thing and it will be sent for re processing. And then I got a message that they only paid the drs half and didnt pay the hospital. I phoned again and the consultant said that they are supposed to pay the full thing and she will once again send it for re processing! Now I'm getting messages from the hospital threatening to get me blacklisted because DISCOVERY HAS STILL NOT PAID MY CLAIM IN FULL!!!! It is honestly very upsetting as I used a keycare hospital and I dont ever use my medical aid and the first time I do, Discovery decides they dont want to pay! I pay my premiums every month on time and I expect them to pay my FULL bill!
