Unpaid genuine benefit

Dear Peter

Medical aid did cover my prescribed benefit plan expenses they claim the hospital did not update the cases up to the 15 June 2015 and Octavia from Sandton medi clinic claim they already submitted all the cases.

The kid was in hospital from 8_15 June 2018. All expenses are covered during this time.

The bill of R8400 is outstanding todate.
