unpaid claims for the third time
Last month I had the same issue with discovery not paying my claims. Im absolutely fed up with your bad service and how. submitted a claim on 26-april-2018 and no payment till today and this is after I specifically told you guys that my wife would be going back to the same doctor end of April.
Please ensure my claim is paid in by 11-05-2018. do not call me with apologies only call to confirm payment has been done. NXA
