UNPAID CLAIMS FOR IN HOSPITAL STAY

Firstly I battgle to get authorization for hospital on the 21st eventually I get it and now I get accounts and claim submisions and nothing of my in hospital stay is being paid for except the Dr and medication

No x-Rays No Physio Nothing

WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE MEDICAL AID IT IS IN HOSPITAL AND SHOULD BE COVERED

I AM DEFENITLY NOT LEAVING THIS HERE AND WILL COMPALIN ABOUT THIS SCHEME TO MY COMPANY AS THIS IS REALLY UNEXCEPTABLE I HONESTLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY
