Unpaid Claims Chronic.

I was diagnosed with bipolar on 7 Sept 2020. The doctor submitted my forms to get my chronic meds from pmb benefit. They refuse to pay my claims out, I summited twice now with no response from claims. Why do have a medical if they do this. I want that money to refunded asap.
