Unpaid Claims

Good Day<br> <br> Query 1: <br> I hope I will be able to get a resolution this way because I'm being transferred and put on hold when i deal with the call centre. <br> In 2015 I was on Key Care Plus and was hospitalised. I saw different doctors during this time. One of the Dr's i saw was Van der Merwe and Dr Zeeman. I saw them in hospital and out of hospital. Dr Zeeman's bill was fully paid but not Dr Van der Merwe's bill. And now i got the shocking bill to pay the money. <br> Also take note that i changed from Keycare plus to Smart Plan. And now the call centre says this is not covered with the Smart plan. i beg to differ. This happened while i was on the Keycare plus plan and was promised follow up consultations as a benefit from the Key care plan when you come out of hospital. <br> I shouldn't have to pay for this. <br> <br> Query 2<br> Smart Plan<br> I had to see a doctor urgently on Monday and could not find one close to me in my area at home that is on the Smart Plan. Or the area next to me. I was in alot of pain so went to the Dr closest to me. I paid cash to get treatment. Why can i not claim this money back? Most GP's in my area has never heard of the smart plan. <br> Can you please fix this.
