Unpaid claims

<p>I was incorrectly advised by Discovery consultant to use a Gp out of the network. After several calls which cost a fortune i was approved to be paid for one consultation out of three. Though i was not happy but i understood their reasoning. Till to date i havent received the money. Its not about money but the principle. You are faithful pating ur premiums to them with the hope of a better service. No matter how small the amount is thet must honour their commitment. Im so sick and tired of discovery cant wait for december to change medical schemes. Today its full two months since i visited the doctor no claim pmnt. If i had to calculated wat i spent calling them its shovking. Horrible service at its best....</p>
