UNPAID CLAIMS!!!

It is so frustrating to make contact with the Chronic department. Claims have been unpaid since February. I make calls every week and request for the claims to get paid. Call back the next week and claims have still not been processed. We have to then pay the service provider directly. Absolutely pathetic service from Discovery!
