Unpaid claim Why?

2024 started badly to be a discovery medical aid member. The out of network was canceled from KeyCare. It broke my heart yet I accepted it. Then got more information that we don't have 2 doctors anymore we can only use one a a chosen GP. Took that one and I was fine. I chose my doctor and life was good. In February 2024 I got sick when to my GP and it was fine. Got my claim email didn't read it as I knew it was about the recent doctors visit. Today I decided to go though my benefits to see how much I'm left with. I was surprised to see my GP visits untouched. Then I went through the claim. I was shocked to find my chosen GP has not be paid as I was suppose to follow a new route never shared with me.

Discovery Health you have till the 19th of March 2024 to call me and explain why my chosen GP claim has been rejected. And if you tell me of a policy I never received.

I might as well cancel all I have with you and leave.

You went from the best to the worst medical aid. I don't know what's happening with you.
