Unpaid claim

<p>I was given an authorisation number to see a specialist which i did. My medication for the same consultation wasnt paid neither was the blood test. i have sent numerous email with the blood test claim from Lancet and they asking for the attachment.</p> <p>What use is a medical aid that isnt paying for the required meds or tests. Why am i contributing over 20k a year towards them. Care Cross with Bankmed was much better comparatively speaking. i am very disappointed with Discovery Health.</p>
