Unpaid claim
Worst medical aid... they choose doctors for you... and when you go to doctors in their network ... they dont pay claims.. a potion of my gynaes claim was not paid.. and discovery does not give clear answers. Im close to giving birth..and i must worry about my doctors not being paid.. worst service ever...and discovery agents not very helpful and impatient.
