unpaid claim

Very very bad...was hospitalized and then the social workers money Miss A Masilela who attended to me was supposed to be paid to my bank account but instead discovery consultant VUYISWA ADELAIDE NCUBE said the claimed money was used for the amount I owed to discovery and on the statement it states that the amount was paid to me. I have made arrangement for the owed money I do not understand why they had to automatically take it from the money meant for the social worker without communicating that with me. There is nothing they can do they say
