Unpaid Claim

Good day,

I registered a claim a week ago. I call in to the call centre and email them and the response I get is that the funds have been released into my account. I've checked on numerous occasions but still nothing. The people I've spoken to have been really friendly and helpful however my disappointment is that I haven't been paid yet and a week had passed. It's a massive inconvenience. Can someone please assist me.
