Unpaid claim
Ive been a member from 2017 until 2024 March, Key care plus paying above R4k, benefits bad, now m told to use Unjani clinic. Ive canceled my membership in March, why my claims for Feb not paid. I stayed on the call for 45minutes no one was willing to help.
