Unpaid Claim

Good Day<br> <br> It pains me to write this considering im a big fan of Discovery and i always brag about it to my friends. im pregnant and i was told that even though my savings are finished it fine because i have the isured network benefit with 8 gynea visists. now the medical aid does not want to pay my gynea because they say he did not claim correctly.<br> <br> If thats the case then why doesnt the medical aid contact the Dr and tell him the claiming codes that he should use. im pregnant and i dont need this stress of the call centre calling me to tell me that I should tell my Dr you use certain codes. i mean I dont even know these codes and medical terms. <br> can someone please call my Dr and fix this because I dont think its fair that im put at such disadvantage. <br> <br> Please help.
