Unneccessary waiting period

I have been on the medical aid for over 15 years uninterapted, i was with discovery until 30 April 2022, when i withdrew from my ex husband medical aid, i took my own which is supposed to staet 1 May 2022, with the same discovery, yesterday i went to clicks for medication , guess what i have a 3 months waiting period.

I have been on the phone with discovery for the past 2 hours , nobody seems to help me i have been transfered from this to that .i chose to take discovery because i wanted a smooth transision , i regret , i had to pay cash foe medication whiles uve paid you .

If by end of business today that waiting period is still tgere, i will reverse my money , look for another medical aid you are not the only medical aid available, to say i am angry is an understatement, i am fumming
