Unlimited hospital cover a lie!

I have been with Discovery health for more than 10 years now without ever claiming in excess of my medical savings. The first time I go into hospital and actually need cover, I received bills that were unpaid by Discovery due to them not being covered under my hospital benefit. I was in hospital, these procedures were non-elective and were a necessity in order for the Neurologist to confirm my diagnosis and track how bad my condition is. I find it ridiculous that Discovery advertises "200% health care coverage when hospitalised" and "Unlimited hospital cover" when I find myself coming out of the hospital and being harassed by the Dr's asking for payment as my medical aid just deemed the procedure as something they don't see as a necessity. You don't seem to be interested in why I went for that procedure just that you don't see it as a necessary procedure. How can you make those bold claims, if you pick and chose what you would like to cover!! I am very disappointed with Discovery Health.
