I personally was extremely disappointed by the emergence call out on the discovery app, where after a call pick up by an agent was literally in a Q and A section while in pain and grasping for air, I literally dropped the call just to save my breath. Now it took multiple monthly payments of medical aid premiums to figure out the meaning of “Save you breath”
