Unjustified ITC listing

Myself and my kids have to move from our home to something cheaper and when an ITC check was performed by the agency, there was a listing for R6 226.00 for Discovery on there.<br> I contacted Discovery that gave me a cptmemdebt email address to use as they do not address these disputes telephonically.<br> Apparently this is made up of charges during our membership period. We were on Keycare, had authorisation numbers for all specialist visits, only went to Network Hospitals and Doctors. <br> I emailed them the membership certificate, and I received an email back that they will re-submit the charges. I also asked for copies of the other charges, and how they can list me if they have my email address etc. I have had no response from them since that first email 12th of June. I have emailed twice again since then. I am currently unable to obtain accomodation for myself and my children because of this and there seems to be no urgency at Discovery to resolve this. I am gobsmacked and they wonder why I am hesitant to join them again. Surely there should be someone addressing and resolving this matter especially when it affects a household like this.
