Unhelpful Medical Aid

Savings depleted and I can't even take my kids to a doctor bcoz they don't wanna assist. Hospitals are overwhelmed with so many patients and having your Medical Aid not support you it's ridiculous indeed. My daughter was admitted in hospital for over 4 days, the hospital only requested 1 day authorisation and she stayed for extra 3 days without authorisation, now all my claims are being deducted off my day to day savings..I have called the hospital and requested that they call Medical Aid and get extra authorisation but they are short staff they can't even help and I have called my Discovery to assist but they told me they can't the Hospital has to call...all Claims are coming through like hell and now there is nothing on the savings account they are bouncing or rejected back and it wil be a matter of time i wil start getting calls from every specialist that attended my daughter for none payments and it's ridiculous cause I have 200% cover for hospital..the question is, Is my medical aid avoiding to pay and yet they get their monthly payments on time why would they do that. Not impressed even their Complaint portal no one cares one person called after 3 freaken days claiming my contacts are wrong i requested update to be done and they were going to call me but they never did what a ridiculous service. I thought Discovery was the best but i am so disgusted right now.
