Unhelpful Lebogang Malinga

My review is not on Discovery as a company because they are very response, but there's a lady who is suppose to be my advisor Lebogang Malinga who is absolutely useless. I have sent her emails, even tried the cellphone to help change my plan as the one I am on has become un-affordable. It is 4 months later and I still have not heard from her. It has now become too late to change I am just going to have to struggle the hole year trying to make sure I pay the medical call.
