Unhappy with the service once trying to re-join

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I was recently fired from my previous job whilst on maternity leave, and with that had to cancel my medical aid, i then found another job & called discovery with the thought that i would be added again.</p> <p>I was sent documents that needed to be filled in in-order for me to qualify for the middle salary bracket. which to me is such a let down.. Come On discovery i have been a customer of yours for many years. Now that i earn less, you think less of me?</p> <p>My children's health is at utmost importancy for me, and now you want a affidavit for monies that came through my bank account 3 months ago... Wht the heck does the past have to do with the present situation... that money will never come in my account again.</p> <p>Seems to me all you see is money... If this is how you want to handle a customer i'd rather go elsewhere.</p> <p>very very dissapointed! I feel like you are treating me like a crimminal, i have been with you long enough for you to know, i wouldnt cheat Discovery in any such way!</p>
