Unhappy with service received from Discovery

I am extremely unhappy with the service that I am receiving from Discovery Health. I have requested a caregiver for my mum almost a month ago. Since then it has been back and forth from Discovery with no resolution on a caregiver. I am currently having to take care of her myself whilst trying to resolve the issue at hand. THIS IS A MATTER OF URGENCY, All documentation that was requested to authorize the caregiver has been provided. I am not equipped to take care of her by myself.
