Unhappy with Keycare Start. (Misleading)

I’m unhappy with discovery health. I had a medical emergency on the 04th Oct 2021. Where an ambulance was requested through ***. Upon arrival the paramedic asked which hospital would I prefer; initially when taking out the Keycare Start Plan I was advised that Life Eugene Marais Hospital is on the network as well it reflects on the Discovery App. I’ve been treated Life Eugene Marais Hospital Trauma (Resus) department and discharged earlier the following morning.

Upon being discharged; I was advised that Discovery paid (R0.00) for the emergency, which included CXR.

But in a case of an emergency, the discovery line also inform clients that in an emergency, you should go straight to a hospital and request pre-auth if being admitted.
