Unhappy with Discovery Health

I am upset because I have tried to address the problem with Discovery and I have received no communication. I can't believe that before I put Cilift which is a generic of Citalopram was paid in full from my savings account. However now that it has been put on my chronic I have to pay a levy for this medication. I don't understand why I have to pay a levy as this medicine you can get from a government psychiatric hospital for free. I am fed up because majority of my medication is on chronic and I am on the highest plan. I don't understand why I need this highest plan as majority of my medication is a PMB. Otherwise I don't need a higher plan. I joined the higher plan hoping that I won't have to pay levies but I see that their is no point. They kicked me out of a private psychiatric hospital because they didn't want to grant me an ex-gracia, so I landed up in a government hospital. So what is the point. In fact I received better treatment ag the government hospital than the private. I don't understand why I must pay an extra R74.95 for this medicine that costs the same at Discheme and Clicks( their preferred provider) the cost of the medication is R235.45 at both providers. This script came from the government hospital because I am on a medical aid. I will suffer if I don't take this medication because of having bipolar 2. So would they rather have me have a breakdown and pay a fortune than give me the proper medicine. I swapped from having cipralex because of paying R458 co-payment to cilift where it is cheaper . The government does not provide cipralex. I can't afford to pay extra. It cost for just my son and I over R9287.00 a month. Yet we both have PMB's. This is pathetic service.
