Unhappy with Discovery

I've been having a pending issue with Discovery regarding an operation that I had in July at Netcare Christian Baarnad Hospital. Discovery up until now has not paid the full procedure claim as they claim that my gynae used the incorrect instrument during the procedure. I've been requesting since July for them to confirm to me what instrument should my gynae used as well as the alternative of it. I've called the Call Centre tirelessly and spoke to Tasneem who said that they are a Team Leader and they will speak to claims up until now no one has called me. In the meantime Netcare wants their money. I am requesting that Discovery communicate with myself in writing as per the agreement and also advise the way forward.
