Unhappy with Discovery

Overall, your service is great. But your password/username recovery is **********. I've tried to reset my password multiple times, but I never receive an SMS or e-mail - whichever one I choose. I even called the number only to be directed to do the same via your automated system.

You have no contact details to resolve this, so now I'm complaining publicly.
