Unhappy sick clients

I'm very disappointed at the discovery health I am sick with medical condition waiting to be admitted at hospital since yesterday 26.01.2023 hospital has been waiting for discovery to give authorization for treatment til now still waiting at admissions has not being attended we have about 4 call references already all of the angent says still pending they still escalating the case , I'm in pain couldn't sleep just to get treatment but I'm paying my medical aid monthly that not fair and I'm not happy at all Noone says anything even an apology nothing from the discovery team
