UNHAPPY ONCE AGAIN! Terrible customer service, referring doctors supposedly on their network but don’t charge medical aid rates!

Overall very unhappy with Discovery! All they know how to do is CHARGE when it comes to paying it’s another story! Sick of their misleading marketing **** and their stupid promotions which are just a ploy to rope more ******** people into signing up with them. Sick of PAYING A PACKET FOR A SO CALLED MEDICAL AID! Referring doctors on their “network” then when it comes to the actual treatment, said doctors don’t charge Discovery rates?? What is up with that?? One doctor referred to me is 90 years old & actually retired! Then the actual person assigned to my case has now gone awol and replying to my emails with automated answers? THIS COMPANY ONLY KNOW HOW TO SHOW OFF, BUILD HUGE FANCY OFFICES, market themselves with lies, and NOT PAY FOR THEIR MEMBERS TREATMENT! Sick of this company! STILL HAVE ONGOING ISSUES WITH SOCIAL MEDIA, twitter to be precise & as for FB team?? Need I say more? Over all? **** SERVICE, ******* SECOND TO NONE!
