Unhappy New Parent

Having a baby. Think you are covered! Make sure that you have your basis covered when having a baby on any of Discovery plans. They short paid doctors even though i have gone to one of their network hospitals. I do understand that doctors over charge, but I have had no opportunity to verify these doctors in theater, nor did I choose some of them. I expect Discovery to be more informative to new parents in this regard.

Downgraded my plan to a hospital plan, as I would want to manage my savings. Logged a request for my medical aid savings to be paid out which takes 4 months at Discovery by the way. No response from Discovery within a 5 day working period. Well done Discovery. You are good at taking money, bad at customer service.
