Unhappy Discovery Med Aid member

The one peace of mind that i had after being diagnosed with cancer in October 2024 was that i have medical aid, and if surgery and treatment was needed my medical aid bills will be covered BUT too my dissapointment that was not my case. I had an operation in November 2024 my in hospital bill was covered but Discovery refuse to pay the anesthetist and plastic surgeon(after numerous explanations that my surgery was not for cosmetic purposes). I have been following up with Discovery since January 2025 with emails/phone calls to get these sorted but no luck. I'm also registered on the oncology benefit, but since January 2025 Discovery keep on deducting my treatments(chemo) from my Medical Savings Account, today when i needed to get over the counter medicine too my dissapointment, i was told there is No savings left. This issue was also raised with Discovery with phone calls and emails. I am having sleepless nights and anxiety as this issues can not be resolved.
