Unhappy customer

I am actually not happy,I have just learned that I owe discovery R2000 and odd rands ,I was retrenched in September 2019 had to cancel my medical aid,a Few weeks later I started working and re app**** for medical aid with discovery.I have even moved companies and I am still with them,I am not sure how now I am owing them,If this is for stuff to do with hospitals then I believe I will be owing the hospital directly but honestly speaking I am not sure how I owe them as i was a member for the whole of 2018, if push comes to shove I will pay them just to clear my name as this is interfering with my plans as I am in a process of buying a house BUT as soon as this payment is done I cancelling my membership and switching to another medical aid. I have have also attempted to cancel my vitality as I am slowly getting irritated by Discovery but each time I do I get an agent who keeps trying to convince me to keep this vitality membership which has no use to me,it is just extra money that I could be spending on my children.
