Unhappy client leaving Discovery - Not an Ethical Brand

Discovery is not the same. The brand is more concerned about profit than helping lives. I too was a big discovery follower whatever company I joined. But of late ive realised that we are all just numbers to the brand. No sense of personal commitment to its people. Makes sense why people chose to have no medical cover after leaving discovery. I was retrenched following covid and communicated a move to a more affordable package. Come month end, I'm still being billed as though I were employed. Couldnt even communicate.

I have a strong hate for this brand now and will actively speak my truth on my poor experience with them.

Those choosing to bank, insure and trust them with their medical aid/life are far more patient people than I... With a heart full of angry ...middle finger to you, the whole team and your families.

If youre recently unemployed, or going through something, Discovery will take advantave if the situation. Regardless of how long you an your whole damn family have been signed to them.
