Unhappy and Upset

I never had a problem with my medical aid. Up until recently. I went to hospital and got an authorisation number. Now they do not want to pay the whole account for one of the doctors. If I knew they was not going to pay it, I would not have gone through with the surgery. Why do they give you authorisation and make you feel not to worry but after 2 months you get a hell of a surprise. I phoned them asked them for a copy of the authorisation but still did not recieved it. They are waiting so long, next thing they will tell me the claim is too old and will probably just ignore it again.
