I spoke to a lady requesting her to change the primary doctor for my son because we do not stay in the same area, I don't know but she changed my Primary Dr and now this new dr I requested for my son is supposedly my new dr too which I did not request, I went there to request a repeat script and I was told it got rejected I do not know what is happening with it can you guys please fix this. My DR IA Pakade I do not want her changed and my son's dr should be Patel please.

12 Sept 2025, 09:49I am yet again reaching out to discovery regarding this situation; my child went to the dr and found that you guys even though you said you changed the primary doctor for him you actually didn't we learnt that she is still registered under my own doctor. I explained that we do not live in the same area, and he is near to Dr Patel you guys sent me confirmation this was actioned but to my surprise it wasn't, and he was ill I now had to make means to take him to the dr which is very far from him what is happening?

I am yet again reaching out to discovery regarding this situation; my child went to the dr and found that you guys even though you said you changed the primary doctor for him you actually didn't we learnt that she is still registered under my own doctor.
