I was with discovery since 2010 my ***. In January 2016 I did a withdrawal so i can be added to my husband's medical aid ( he is also on discovery Chadwick Penton medical aid # *** ). The problem I'm having right now is, we were told that I will be added on his medical aid 1st of feb 2016. Today is the 7th, it's a week later and im still not added which means that I don't have any cover at all so if so if i need to go to the doctor or hospital for an emergency I have to go to a state hospital. My husband phoned multiple times the past week to get it sorted by no one seems to be able to help him. It seems that no one knows whats going on or how to help us because no one can give us any answers. The call centre people think that we want to do an upgrade so they send us papers for an upgrage and then they tell us that we can only do upgrades the beginning of the year. WE DO NOT WANT A UPGRADE. We just wanted to move me over to my husbands medical aid. PLEASE GET THIS SORTED.
