Unfulfilled promises 51 days later with no answers

I pre-authorized an in hospital procedure with a guy at Discovery named Lloyd. I was told that part of the procedure would be covered and I would have to pay for the rest. I accepted.<br> <br> After the procedure I was paid out only a small portion of that agreed part and also found out a couple of days later after going through my account that Discovery had paid me that sum from my own savings. So thank you Discovery for agreeing on terms with me then having the audacity to pay me my own money for the procedure.<br> <br> After numerous complaints and searching for answers, after speaking to 7 people from the call centers, with 1 of those people completely disappearing into thin air, plus a couple of promises to be called back with an answer, I am yet to be enlightened. <br> <br> I now feel Discovery have perfected the art of optical illusions with a side order of ducking and diving. <br> <br> Lots of small things make a big problem. Don't want to be part of this problem, just want my money owed!
