Unfairly treated

I just got hospitalized with anxiety and depression, now I have to deal with these endless calls from The Life Glynnview hospital because my medical aid authorised my admission but won't pay the hospital in full.. Upon enquiry, I am told that the hospital has charged me over the daily agreed rate... with no reason What I don't understand is, why am I now subjected to this added stress from the hospital.. you, Discovery as my medical aid, should be dealing with Glynnview hospital and not leave me to their endless daily abuse Had I known that i would have to deal with this, on top of everything else, I would have waited until I could afford to get help This is totally unfair... after so many years of choosing you as my medical aid of choice, now I have to suffer for R3k, or you sorting out this issue with Glynnview because if you have a daily agreed rate, they should not be charging me more
