Unfair treatment

I'm so disappointed with Discovery medical aid I'm pregnant Im using a gynae that is in Olivedale Hospital and she is in network,but when I was enquiring something on my medical aid I was told that the hospital is not on network okay,I asked hospital that is around my area as I'm staying in Randburg/Roodepoort then was referred to life Fourways ,wilgelheuwel and life flora I called those hospitals to my surprise the gynaes I was trying to make booking with told me they don't take medical aid and I must pay cash For my visits and my delivery of the baby,so why are paying medical aid ,and why I as a client must get a hospital on my own it's very stressful to make phone call to all this hospitals and doctors and this side you are pregnant,I called again on Friday was given a list of dr tht are on network called the dr most of them are using waterfall hospital,olivedale and all to find the hospital not on network.tried to call one in Parktown got the practice no,called the medical aid was told he is on network and the hospital which is life brenthurst bare in mind I'm staying in Cosmo city if I can have any complications I must drive to Parktown...why are we paying such a lot of money when it comes to use the benefit I must run around looking for dr and hospital....why ,now I must make bookings in Park town it's not fair with me as your client.im so disappointed on the medical aid how they do things....
