unfair treatment and bad service

I had a claim in june 2017 for in hospital and had issues with discovery not willing to pay and after my last review they called me reprocessed the claim and yesterday I called for feedback Siya Kondile told me she will ask Huveshni Padayachee to call me and she called me to inform me that they will pay the hospital in full and today Huveshni Padayachee calls me to inform me that they wont pay because they want a motivational letter from the doctor which I find strange because the letter was sent to them more than once and even now after 8 months they still giving me stupid reason while they debit my premium every month. and now I am pregnant im due in june and still owe the hospital more than r10 000 because of discovery . I hate discovery
