UNFAIR PRACTICE AGAINST CLIENT

Discovery – ******* credit bureau listing Discovery – this is actually disgusting.

Discovery has listed me on the credit bureau with a negative listing. You claim that I owe you money from a previous policy. that i cancelled in 2018 March.

I came back to the company after three months once I started working again, I pay a lot of money towards the scheme and this is how you treat me.

No one… absolutely NO ONE has called me asking for me to settle whatever you say is “outstanding the amount”!!

After a number of calls to you – the best answer I get is that “Sorry mamm this was a system generated thing”.

AFTER 2 YEARS NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS CONTACT ME TO ASK ME OR TELL ABOUT THIS.

NOW YOU ARE AFFECTING MY CREDIT RECORD AND ALL YOU CAN SAY IS THAT THIS IS SYSTEM GENERATED!!
