Unfair Practice

I have phoned Discovery today to take me of my ex husbands medical aid as we are getting divorced and I need this proof to go onto a new medical aid. He recently got retrenced from Highveld and apparently this medical has been frozen. Now they refuse to take me off. How is this even possible? How can they stop me from joining a new medical aid? This is absolutely ridicoulus!
