Unfair membership withdrawal

Hello P I joined discovery medical aid March 2021 and in July 2021 I found out that I'm pregnant and I called Keycare plus than they activated my pregnancy benefits and I have been visiting my genealogist since than on my pregnancy benefits ,than on the 22 of October a lady called Rosana Kinloch called me and said she is withdrawing my membership and I tried to explain and was so rude ,she didn't want to listen so when I was to trying to find the person I spoke to when I joined the medical aid ,she sent me the withdrawal letter and mind you I'm delivering in December so I'm frustrated because I thought the medical covered everything and the way she spoke to me was uncalled for she was so rude worse while I explaining the withdrawal email popped on mailbox and clearly she was not interested in my explanation,
