Unfair Listing Credit Bereau by Discovery Health

I received an email informing me I have been listed for a medical aid account. This is an amount they said I owed due to utilising my savings and leaving the medical aid before year end. I conceded and paid the said amount 3 months ago I'm told I'm listed. I resent the email confirmation of payment and Discovery Health you need to fix this. Its totally unacceptable. My credit record! Why am I listed Discovery Health?
