Unfair Late-Joiner Penalty Deduction – Formal Complaint

I am extremely disappointed with how Discovery has handled my medical aid membership. I recently discovered that a Late-Joiner Penalty has been wrongfully imposed on my account for the past three years — without my knowledge or consent.

When I raised this issue, Discovery acknowledged the error, yet instead of refunding the money that has been unfairly deducted from my account, they chose to continue applying the penalty.

This is completely unjust and *********. I have been a loyal member, and I feel exploited and financially burdened by these ongoing deductions. Discovery’s actions show a lack of transparency and fairness toward their members.
