Unfair declined of request

<p>My son had a stroke in 2007 and is with Discovery for almost 8 years. We had him evaluated and it was recommended he should go for therapy we requested it from the medical aid and they declined it. This will help him to regain his speech and mobility but Discovery declined the request without giving propper reason. Even the treating Specialist gave a letter of motivation all this was send through to Discovery but this morning i received a email stating that it is declined.</p>
