Unfair credit listing

discovery handed me over to attorneys for a bill which they never made me aware of, when ITC BA sent me an sums that Discovery Health had handed me over to them I was surprised because I did not know about it. Nonetheless I made payment to the attorneys within 48 hours after getting the settlement account and sent them a proof of payment in august 2017. To my surprise on the 16th of February 2018 I get a notification that Discovery Health has listed me for the same account that I have settled and when I ask them about it they said the acted on their client's (Discovery Health) request to go ahead and list me. For a settled account? Please have the listing removed from all credit bureau I am in the process of purchasing property and this has a negative impact on me.
