Unfair business practice

Discovery puts the rules in place just to inconvenience us and save money from not paying the claims. They are ones recommended clicks pharmacy and i went there for my screaning when the nurse refers to Pathology they refuse to pay saying the nurse is not allowed to refer me to a Pathology. The interesting part which disgust me what the nurse did duscovery deemed it necessary but because its nurse that referred me they cannot pay the Pathology.Their argument makes no sense at all they say the nurse should have sent me to my GP which was going to be double the cost as they have to pay another consultation fee for the GP then the Pathology.If they were telling me what the nurse did wasn't necessary i would understand but on this one they agreed with me it needed to done but the nurse doesn't have authority to refer pacients to specialists. I did my part went to clicks as recommended by them at the end i'm the victim because their fine print.
