Unfair billing

Discovery Health are unfair. I had to rush to hospital because my breast was about to burst and I was in extreme pain due to an abscess but instead of charging me via my hospital plan they say it must come out of my medical savings. Had I gone to a Doctor the would have sent me straight to a hospital but because I was not admitted, I have to pay the bill. I was going to be admitted but the surgeon decided against it. The Surgeon was amazing and did that he could to help me but as I had to rush to hospital I believe this should be covered under my hospital plan and not my medical savings. It is cheaper to go on to keycare, I would pay less then half of what I am paying and I would actually get more out of my medical aid.
