Unfair

I’m not happy with the response that I got from discovery. Some things we are restricted to get as we are classified as lowest paying client, fine, I get that, paying a medical aid an amount of R4191.00 every month and not even using it every month, using it when needed is too much, and now I have to pop up another R500 for medication for my Adha son. Make it R4591.00 monthly because discovery is declining to place him on chronic . As they say it’s not covered. Fine. Just know I’m searching and for a medical aid that will help. Cause things are expensive and you are also added pressure on us as medical aid.
